I took my first Lexapro last night. It made me sleepy, a little restless overnight, and has increased my feeling confused. The doctor said there would be some minor side effects, but they should work themselves out after a few weeks.
I am also getting sick again. Perhaps when I had the pox I picked up a bug while my immune system was down. I’m hoping it won’t turn into too bad of a cold, as there is a lot scheduled this month.
There are also some sensations of being out of touch with reality… kind of like I am daydreaming a lot, or observing myself going through life from a distance.
Weird and off-center as I feel, I have hope today that this is part of the recovery process. Just takes a while.
